Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid charges.

No refund will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies), management may provide credit for future stays.

Guests are requested to:

Maintain cleanliness and respect property rules.

Avoid damage to hotel property. Any loss or damage will be charged accordingly.

Refrain from illegal activities within the premises.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

Visitors are allowed in common areas only. Overnight stay of unregistered guests is not permitted.

Universal Garden will not be liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, accidents, or injuries during your stay. Use of facilities is at your own risk.
तपाईंको बसाइँका क्रममा व्यक्तिगत सामानको हानि, दुर्घटना वा चोटपटकका लागि युनिभर्सल गार्डेन जिम्मेवार रहने छैन। सम्पत्ति वा सुविधाको प्रयोग तपाईंको आफ्नै जिम्मेवारीमा हुनेछ।

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Pokhara, Nepal.
